Lot 46 – Beckwith Gunsmoke

“Elvis” is a 4 year old dun gelding that we bred and raised. We did offer him in the sale last year and decided to bring him home and expose him to more on the ranch. We used him last fall preg-testing and shipping and this spring calving, sorting pairs, trailing cattle and he’s been to a few brandings. He is really quiet in the branding pen and pulls good from the horn. He is gentle and kind to be around. Easy to catch. Elvis is good to haul, clip, bathe and trim/shoe. He picks up his leads, side-passes, opens gates and has a good stop. He is a grandson of Playgun, AQHA All-time leading Cutting and Reined Cowhorse Sire and has offspring earnings of $10 million plus. Play Gunsmoke was shown in cutting, ranch horse competitions, heading and heeling. Ralph Crago rides a full brother to Vi Anas Beckwith that is an exceptional ranch horse.
