Phone Bidding
Anyone wishing to bid by phone needs to make prior arrangements before the due date. Please be prepared to fax a bank letter of credit. Payment in full must be made using a credit card the day of the sale.

All horses sold at RQHBA Select Showcase Sale are inspected for quality. The sale horses are vet checked by a veterinarian when they are Coggins tested. They are then inspected by a Screening Committee and the Sale Veterinarian on sale day for soundness and condition. Any horse not passing inspection is refused for the sale. All foals will have the AQHA 5-Panel results for Sire and Dam posted on Sale Day.
All foals and yearlings are halter broke and gentle for the sale. The foals are presented on sale day in the Showcase so buyers can compare their prospective purchases side by side. All foals sold by RQHBA members are eligible to compete in the Don Brunner Memorial Yearling Futurity. Any horse purchased from a RQHBA member through the RQHBA sale is also eligible to compete in the 2 and 3 year old RQHBA Ranch Horse Futurity as they come of age.
